df74a915f7 Turrets Shoot Laying Down People (#2427)
This fixes an issue whereby turrets were not capable of hitting players
who lay down on the floor. Now turrets have a 50% chance to hit them
anways, meaning that laying down offers some, but not perfect protection
from turrets.

- fix: Turrets and NPCs can now hit players who are laying down on the
floor. They (by default) have a 50% chance to miss players who are
laying down, meaning it still offers some protection, but not perfect
protection from turrets.

a64b5164e3 Port AI Sentry Turrets (#1990)

I am trying to port over the AI turrets being implemented into wizden

The boards are made in the sec fab.
- add: New ID permissions for borgs and minibots for higher turret

- tweak: Turrets stop shooting after someone goes crit.

a2c1687260 Lay Down via Keybind (#530)
# Description
Adds a way to lay down/crawl using a keybind (R by default) similarly to
ss13. It has the same effects as falling down after slipping or buckling
to a bed, except you don't drop items while doing so and can (very
slowly) move around. This opens new gameplay and roleplay possibilities.

You can only toggle standing/laying once in 2.5 seconds (this cooldown
is to prevent pro gamers from spamming it). It shows a small popup to
everyone. If the attempt fails for whatever reason - being buckled,
sleeping, stunned, or anything else - another popup is shown that's only
visible to you.

It's been tested and made sure that the system works correctly with
buckling, sleeping, being stunned, and shocked.
