* Add setoutfit command

* Adds setoutfit as a verb and adds a proper UI to the command

* Removes from AdminMenuWindow

* Changes the SetOutfit verb to be a component verb instead of a global verb

* Addresses reviews

* Remove empty method

* Remove on server aswell
